Returns or Exchanges are accepted conditionally. If you have a problem or a damaged good please contact velotone@gmail.com Returns must be Made within 30 Days of purchase. Shipping costs on returns are the customers responsibility. Returns must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Returns/refunds take 7-10days to process.

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return granted the item is in stock. If it is not in stock we will contact you about when you will receive your item.

Velotone Design has the right to refuse any refund/exchange. There are no refunds or exchanges on art work due to color or any other aesthetics we will only except refunds/ exchanges on art if there is obvious damage from shipping.
